By accessing pubuild.com or purchasing from PuBuild Technologies Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Quotes & orders
Online prices, RFQ responses, and cart totals are offers subject to confirmation. Configuration changes, export controls, manufacturer allocation, or compliance reviews may affect availability and pricing. Government and enterprise orders may require additional terms in a separate contract or purchase order.
Product information
We strive for accurate specifications but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or compatibility statements are error-free. Verify critical requirements with our sales engineers before deployment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
